I was able to take pictures of my Sister in Law's family around Thanksgiving at a cool Train station in Ogden, UT.  I know, it is a little late!  My nephew sure tested me by having me climb up a big train after him to get a few shots (I am not one for heights!), but so glad I did because it was a cool view.  It was fun to get some pics of their cute kids and family all together.  Thanks guys!

I was so happy to be able to take pictures for this family.  The Mom is my daughter's preschool teacher and the Dad is our Bishop at church and I taught their oldest daughter in one of my classes at church.  They are a really great family!

When I took these pictures, I was one of about 5 other photographers at this location.  And it is a great location!  I love the warm colors of the leaves and the fall feeling in these photos.  I was so happy I got a cute one of their little boy.  He kept me running for it but had such a sweet smile and personality I had to try to get a good closeup!

I was able to check out a new place with this fun family.  We drove to some orchards out in Nampa and I love the look the bright red apples give the pictures.  You know you are in the boonies when there is a tractor crossing sign and every truck you pass has a boy driving with the girl sitting right next to him.  Ha ha ha.  I laugh because I live in Idaho and this is the country life I love.  Enjoy the pictures and thanks again for asking me to try out this new place!

I took this family's pictures when I first started out.  It is crazy how fast time flies and how much their kids have grown!  They let me try out a new location that I had been eyeing for some time now.  So glad it worked out!  I love the rustic/urban look of the trains and weeds.  Thanks for a great time guys!

This family was not unusual in the fact that when I photograph families and kids, the kids always give me a run for my money.  They keep me on my toes, but I still try to get shots of their personalities amongst all the running.  Little A. showed me her personality and liked to sing a song about a dinosaur, or was it a monster?  Hmm... it was a cute song nonetheless and it made her smile and show her personality.  That's all that matters, right?  So, here's some of my favorites from this shoot.....
